Subscriptions
You agree to pay any subscription fees, any other charges, and any applicable state, county, municipal, and/or national sales taxes due at the rates or fees in effect at the time of the sale. You hereby authorize IPOKitchen to charge your credit or debit card for the applicable subscription fees along with any renewal, any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the services, along with any applicable state, county, municipal, and/or national sales taxes.
The subscription fee shall be billed at the beginning and anniversary date of each subscription period. The subscription begins on the date of payment, continues for a period of either one (1) month or one (1) year, depending on the subscription you purchase, and renews automatically on each subsequent anniversary date unless you first contact IPOKitchen at [email protected] and indicate that you do not wish for your subscription to be renewed. Such notice must be received at least 14 days in advance of the renewal date.
During the free-trial portion of your subscription, if any, you may cancel and not be billed by notifying IPOKitchen via e-mail at [email protected] before the expiration date of the free trial period. Once your subscription begins (which occurs at the expiration of any free trial or upon registering for a subscription), your credit card will be billed the applicable subscription fee along with any applicable state, local, or national sales taxes. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, you will not be charged a subscription fee.
IPOKitchen reserves the right at all times, without prior notice, to modify, expand, amend, or terminate its subscription plans, accepted payment methods, currencies, fees, and taxes assessed. Any such changes shall only apply to subsequent renewal periods and shall not apply retroactively to subscription periods where a payment was already collected.
Force Majeure
By accessing or using this website, you agree to indemnify and release IPOKitchen from all claims for all causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, computer viruses or hacking, failure of electronic, computer, or communication equipment, unauthorized data access and/or breaches, severe weather, earthquakes, fires, floods, or other natural disasters, strikes or other labor disruptions, wars, terrorism, or government mandates.
Modification
IPOKitchen reserves the right, at any given time with immediate effect, to revise, expand, or modify these Terms and Conditions for this website without prior notice as well as modify or eliminate the services provided and/or fees charged. By continuing to access or use this website, you hereby agree to such new or modified Terms and Conditions.
If you, at any time, do not agree with the effective Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, you must not use or access the website.
